Original remains original. VDO becomes Continental
From September on, the VDO products listed below will be delivered in the new Continental packaging.
The products will remain the same original spare parts as Continental’s original equipment supplies.
The following product groups will be repackaged:
- Motor actuators
- Elements for central locking
- Windshield and headlight cleaning systems
- Fuel systems
- Sensors for instrumentation
- Tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Sensors for engine management
- Common Rail diesel systems
- Service devices (TPMS Pro, TPMS Go and Autodiagnos Check)
The changeover of the packaging takes place smoothly. Therefore, you can already have the ordered item in the new Continental packaging as well as in the familiar VDO packaging. In any case, you will receive the original product you ordered. Therefore there is no reason for a complaint or return because the content is always correct.
In the TecDoc data you can still find the products under the data supplier number 083 with the new brand name CONTINENTAL/VDO.
